Payments, Duties, and Processing Time
Payment Methods
At Diamond Creations By Alexander, we accept payments through PayPal and Shopify for all orders. Please note that we do not accept money orders at this time.
Shipping Information
All pieces from Diamond Creations By Alexander are crafted in and shipped from Canada. If you are having your item shipped outside of Canada, please be aware that your country may impose import duties or taxes on your purchase. Diamond Creations By Alexander is not responsible for any such charges.
Payment and Order Processing
To ensure timely processing of your order, please complete your payment promptly. We will not begin the creation process for your custom jewelry piece until payment has been processed and we have confirmed all project details. If payment and communication are not received within one week of placing the order, we reserve the right to cancel the order.
Priority Orders
Since each item is custom-made to order, please allow 3 to 6 weeks for creation, plus additional shipping time. If you require expedited delivery, please view our priority order options and select the appropriate shipping method at checkout.
Shipping
Shipping Address and Phone Number Requirement
All orders will be shipped to the address provided at checkout. If you need to arrange delivery to an alternate address, please contact us directly. To ensure a smooth delivery process, please provide a contact phone number with your order. This number will only be used by the courier in case of delivery difficulties. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Shipments to Canada and the USA
Orders shipped within Canada and the USA via standard ground shipping typically take 1–6 business days to arrive. Please note that all customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is not picked up from the post office or is returned to us due to an incorrect address, a second shipping fee will be charged to resend the package. A signature will be required upon delivery.
International Shipments
International shipments outside of Canada and the USA, using standard shipping or International Parcel - Surface service, may take up to 3 months for delivery, depending on the destination. Please select the appropriate shipping method based on your required timeframe. A signature will be required upon delivery.
Refund Policy
At Diamond Creations By Alexander, we take pride in our craftsmanship and attention to detail. We do not offer refunds on any items, whether custom-made or pre-designed, unless you receive the wrong item or the item arrives damaged. If you believe there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item, along with photographic evidence of the damage or error. Rest assured, each piece is thoroughly inspected before shipping to meet our high standards of quality.
In the unlikely event that your item is damaged during shipping, you must open the package in the presence of the mail carrier and initiate a damage claim through the carrier. Once the claim has been resolved, we can issue a refund or offer a replacement.
Please ensure you provide the correct shipping address. Diamond Creations By Alexander is not responsible for additional costs incurred due to incorrect address details or failure to sign for the package during delivery attempts. It is the buyer's responsibility to provide a suitable shipping address where someone will be available to sign for the package or to arrange for pickup at a local post office. Packages returned to us due to these circumstances will incur return shipping and re-shipping fees.
Please be aware of your country's import laws. We will not issue refunds for packages held at the border due to import restrictions.
